AI in the Boardroom
AI Implementation for Your Business

Less manual work. Lower running costs. Same team.

Strategy, automation and software built around one process. We cut the time your team loses to repetitive work, and what that work costs you, without making the business harder to run.

What is AI

What AI integration actually means

AI integration means connecting artificial intelligence tools into the way your business already works, so that specific tasks run faster, more accurately, or without needing someone to watch them. The technology itself is not new. What changed is how practical and affordable it got for businesses of every size.

  • Task automation

AI handles high-volume, rule-based work: processing documents, routing requests, generating drafts. The tasks don't disappear. They just get done faster, and with fewer mistakes.

  • Data into decisions

Most businesses collect more data than anyone has time to read. AI finds the patterns in it: which customers are about to leave, where the bottlenecks sit, where resources are going to waste.

  • Scale without adding headcount

With AI handling the routine, your team focuses on higher-value work. The same people can deliver proportionally more output.

Use cases

What AI can do, industry by industry

These are illustrative scenarios based on patterns commonly reported across these industries. They are not completed client engagements.

  • Hospitality

    Reviews left unanswered

    Challenge

Reviews land across Google, Booking, TripAdvisor and social. A manager replies to the loudest ones a few days late, and nobody ever counts which complaints keep repeating.

    Solution

An AI review system pulls every new review into one place, drafts a reply in the property's own voice within the hour, and reports which complaints keep coming back.

  • Manufacturer

    Defects caught too late

    Challenge

In many manufacturing operations, quality defects surface only at final inspection. Whole batches go back for rework and delivery dates slip.

    Solution

An AI vision system at a mid-line checkpoint flags defects in real time, lets operators correct within minutes, and all but eliminates end-of-line rework.

  • Construction Firm

    Days spent on one bid

    Challenge

Pricing a tender means measuring quantities off the drawings by hand. That is days of an estimator's time per bid, and one missed line item eats the margin.

    Solution

An AI takeoff engine reads the drawings, turns quantities into a priced bill of materials, and flags anything it could not read. The estimator checks the output instead of doing the measuring.

  • Retail

    Inactive customers

    Challenge

A loyalty database with thousands of customers, more than half of them inactive for six months or more. Generic email blasts get almost no response.

    Solution

An AI segmentation engine groups lapsed shoppers by purchase history and life stage, then triggers personalized SMS offers timed to when each segment is most likely to convert.

  • Notary Office

    Drafting as the bottleneck

    Challenge

Standard contracts, powers of attorney and inheritance acts can each take over an hour to draft, which makes paralegal time the whole production bottleneck.

    Solution

An AI drafting assistant trained on the firm's templates and Romanian notarial standards produces the first draft in minutes. The notary still reviews it and signs off.

  • Law Firm

    Due diligence overload

    Challenge

Contract review and due diligence can consume entire associate weeks. Clients push back on the billables, but the work still has to happen.

    Solution

A private AI review pipeline flags risk clauses, deviations from standard templates and missing terms, so associates spend their time on the judgment calls.

Storm Screener — a working demo you can open

Storm Screener reads the raw ICON-D2 weather model output for Bucharest every three hours and turns it into a short storm briefing in plain language. A small language model, fine-tuned on hand-written briefings, does the reading; the meteorology stays with the weather model.

We built it as a free demo for our own portfolio, a side branch of work delivered for a real client. It costs nothing to visit and sells nothing.

  • Data source

ICON-D2, the German weather service model, through the open Open-Meteo archive.

  • Updates

Rewritten every three hours, one slot per weather model run. The page serves a static file, so it opens instantly.

  • Measured

Scored on briefings the model had never seen, next to two untuned baselines.

Open Storm ScreenerFree demo. It interprets a forecast rather than producing one.
